In 1979, United Builders, was formed by Thomas R Holland and Raymond Holland, of Raymond Holland and Company, a insurance restoration and home improvement contractor since 1970.
In 1986, United Building Service Co, was incorporated, with Thomas Holland as president and sole shareholder. Raymond continued as an officer with the company until his retirement in 1997.
